Brilliant. Came to get fitted for running shoes and they took so much time explaining shoe types to me and encouraging me to run in the shoes before selecting the right ones for me. Was so impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff / owners. Thank you so much for making the whole experience such a pleasure. Plus she kindly gave me a pair of toe socks to try out which was very kind. Will be recommending this shop to everyone.

Such a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful couple running this shop. Both my husband and I were looking for walking shoes. Tried on multiple shoes in order to compare them all. Very happy with the choices we made (even though we ended up with ‘his and hers’!) Second time of going here for specialist shoes/ boots for my husband. So good to know you’re getting professional help choosing the right shoe/ boot. Thank you both! We popped in on the off - chance and were seen straight away and on a Bank Holiday weekend too! I was in the area doing a run and decided to visit the shop as my current trail shoes doesn't really fit properly. I explained my issues and they show me different brands and what could work for me. They were super attentive and let me try a few different shoes until I find the ones that felt right. Very knowledgeable and super friendly, will definitely come back next time I need new trainers. Popped in to the shop for the first time today to pick up a pair of new road running shoes they had put by for me to try. Was greeted by the lovely owners who were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The shop seems to be extremely well stocked for trail running & trekking gear too. I was recommended to visit for my first pair of trail shoes, and I’m so glad I did. The team were incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and types, taking the time to help me try on several options. They even encouraged me to go for a short run outside so I could properly test them, which made a huge difference.

The shoes I chose have been excellent. In the past, I’ve always bought road shoes from big brands where you run briefly on a treadmill, but that approach now feels generic and far less helpful compared to the specialist, personalised service I received here. Walked away with a nice blue pair of VJ ultras!

We had a great day hiking with Mick and Elena from Trek and Run, around the beautiful Surrey Hills, starting from their shop in the quaint village of Shere. Mick looked after us on arrival offering hot drinks and biscuits, before leading us on our adventure. There were 8 of us in the group plus Mick, who took time to get to know each of us answering all of our questions about the area. Would highly recommend, the countryside is beautiful and Mick and Elena are great hosts! We will be back!
